Cherry Hospital A Place of Hope, Care, and Recovery This position will promote the professional and positive image of Cherry Hospital by greeting, directing, and escorting our guests to designated areas within the hospital.
The employee is required to manage the information desk to include Lobby Guard technology, Care Tracker technology, and switchboard duties, inspect and catalogue items that may enter the hospital, serve as a resource in directing visitors to their destination, make guests aware of an adhere to hospital policies control visitors in main lobby, and assist all stakeholder's visitation to completion.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies Highly personable, ability to articulate and communicate effectively both face to face and telephone with stakeholders of all backgrounds.
Comfortable and flourish in a dynamic, multitasking psychiatric hospital environment without compromising the role of customer service.
Able to demonstrate basic knowledge and understand of computer keyboarding skills.
History of excellence in the customer service industry.
Understanding of HIPPA policies.
Must be dependable, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to assist all stakeholders as needed.
Management Preferences Graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills and abilities gained through at least one year of office assistant/secretarial experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
