Minimum Qualifications Education High School graduate or equivalent.
Licensure/ Certification None Experience Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships and use good customer service with teammates, supervisors, administration, and the general public.
Ability to use professional telephone etiquette on all calls.
Ability to use the Hospital's computer for data retrieval.
Knowledgeable of principles of universal precautions and able to apply these principles.
Also, knowledgeable of and infection control barriers and devices.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software tools.
