WHAT TO EXPECT Responsible for providing help and support related to aftermarket automotive parts, specializing in emissions systems.
Responds to customer, research product information, assists in troubleshooting, and determines and implements solutions.
Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to aftermarket automotive parts, specializing in emissions systems Respond to queries over the phone Maintain daily performance and completion of tasks Respond to email messages for customers seeking help Ask questions to determine nature of problem Walk customer through problem-solving process Research information for professionals in the aftermarket automotive industry Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved Gain feedback from customers about product usage WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT Able to provide exceptional customer service Have strong communication skills Can maintain composure while able to de-escalate customer concerns & issues Able to proficiently research and troubleshoot auto part issues & customer concerns using cataloging and or website methods Learn and retain product knowledge of our auto parts and warranties Can work in a fast pace environment Mechanical background WHAT WE OFFER Competitive pay Promote within company culture Company and management that cares about your well-being AP Emissions Technologies has been serving customers in the light and commercial vehicle aftermarkets for decades.

REQUIREMENTS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS High school diploma or GED equivalent (1) year experience in customer service (related industry preferred) Ability to think clearly while handling customer complaints and or concerns Automotive knowledge preferred Must thrive in a fast paced environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Job requires ability to work on a computer, requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person and virtual meetings, typing, and working with paper and electronic files.
