20/20 Vision Center is a growing leader in optometry services.
We provide care for all ages helping people see one patient at a time.
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing information regarding their appointment.
Responsible for collecting patient fees, filing vision insurances and making referrals for outside physicians when needed.
Coordinate all aspects of end of day preparation including balancing cash drawer, completing daily deposits and ordering contact lens trials or multi pack.
Maintain all records and documents pertaining to the client's treatment plan in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The right candidate will also be ensuring our facility meets and exceeds patient expectations and their needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in patient service, customer service, or related field.
Enjoy working in a small team oriented setting.
