Goldsboro-Wayne Transportation Authority is seeking a customer service oriented individual for the position as full-time Reservationist / Administrative Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary.
Communicates professionally and compassionately with passengers, agencies, and the public via phone and in person to ensure that reservations for the passengers are processed and that questions and inquiries are addressed accurately.
Position requires the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
It also requires strong computer and clerical skills to complete a variety of administrative tasks to include:
customer service, validating driver manifest, billing detail reports, counting money, inventory control, and other support functions.
Individual will work closely with the dispatcher and scheduler.
