Individual would be responsible for outside grounds around the main clubhouse and tennis facility.
Individual needs experience is operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers and other lawn equipment.
Individual will be responsible for maintaining flower beds, pine straw and other landscaping duties as needed.
The applicant must have a general knowledge of indoor facility maintenance which includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting and repair.
The individual will oversee all outsourced repair and contracted maintenance labor.
