Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
-Answer the incoming Service Calls -Identify the customer's wants and needs -Provide a complete explanation of parts and service availability, warranty, and pricing -Assist all technicians in fulfilling the parts/service request by looking up the proper parts, warranty availability, and labor times -Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards -Present a Vehicle Inspection Report to EVERY customer -Follow up with customers who have declined recommended services.
-Utilize xTime to provide menu and service options to our clients Job Requirements:
-Must be able to work alternating Saturdays -Professional appearance and strong communication skills -Ability to understand and follow instructions -Valid driver's license with a good driving record -Must be TEAM and service-oriented.
