Applicants must be upbeat with a positive attitude.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be a team player, detail oriented, high knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Canva; social media platforms, able to learn new skills on varying admin programs, be reliable, can learn fast and adapt to changes.
A strong understanding of marketing, professional social media use and public relations is an essential part of this role.
If successful in your application, you will be responsible for communicating with a variety of people every day.
This may include agents, staff, management, vendors, media, and clients.
Their communications will vary, but you will be tasked with supplying information and promoting a positive public image.
This may be done in person, by email, over the phone or in marketing materials which you create.
Applicants must be able to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Admin and marketing experience is a must.
Knowledge in Real Estate Office Admin is a plus but not required.
Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Pay will depend on experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
