Our client a Tier 2 Automotive supplier has a direct hire Supply Chain Manager need in the Goldsboro, NC area. Please apply asap for this excellent opportunity!
- You will manage the demand & delivery product flows in conjunction with proactively managing the inventory levels
- Close interaction with supply chain, customer service, operations and logistics to ensure aligned flows with operating plans and scheduled orders
- Lead planning and scheduling to meet order fulfillment requirements for selected business segments and 3rd parties
- Provide inputs for required product moves including forecasts & work with Logistics to fully integrate distribution and optimization capability in Europe
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve profitability of product flows, collection, material movement, and the processing of raw material streams
- Assist with purchasing activities
- Gather and interpret relevant supply chain data (e.g. costs, productivity, and demand)
- Investigate problems related to SC performance, find root causes, and develop solutions
- Execute SAP transactions that establish material set-up, place product in inventory, and ensure inventory is accurate
- Maintain working knowledge of international shipment requirements and processes
- International trade performance support as related to product movements; drive root cause identification of international trade issues and effective corrective action
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience ideally within a global industry
- Know-how of planning and forecasting as well as of inventory management tools and concepts
- Excellent computing skills especially in SAP ERP/MM; experience with modules such as WM, PP and SD are highly desirable
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills coupled with problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and networking skills
- Team player who can also work independently and has leadership capability
- Ability to travel (about 20%)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
