Customer Service Associate

The Papa John's in the Rosewood neighborhood of Goldsboro is now hiring customer service shift leaders. This position supervises shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure that high quality products and service are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability. You must be quality focused and able to build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
Job Skills/Requirements
An equivalent combination of experience and training may substitute for any of the listed position qualifications.
You must have a stable and successful employment history and good cash management skills.
Must be able to work long hours, which will include nights and weekends.
Highest Level of Education-High School diploma
Previous fast food/pizza experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Bilingual a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
